Live-action SPEED RACER back!

Thanks in large part to the interest of guy-of-the-minute Vince Vaughn, Warner Bros. has decided to reinvestigate a live-action Speed Racer film. Vaughn would play Speed's older brother, Racer X.

BEWITCHED cast gets even better

Will Ferrell, Nicole Kidman, and Michael Caine will be joined by Jason Schwartzman (Rushmore) in the remake of the 60's sitcom about one hot witch and the trouble she causes and fixes for her doofy husband, the luckiest man on earth. Even though the project doesn't even begin filming until late this summer, it seems like it can't lose.

AFI's Top 100 MOVIE SONGS of ALL TIME!!!

The American Film Institute has compiled a list of the top 100 songs from movies. Here is the list, in its entirety. The theme from Shaft should have made it up higher on the list, but at least it's there.

SCARED UPTIGHT SHITBAGS, Hate On MOORE!!!

Documentarian Michael Moore is being taken to task by several groups regarding whether or not he is actually a documentarian at all, according to the Associated Press. Maybe his books and movies are just good stories and are not actually representing facts, sort of like the Bible. Reason #237million to Vote in November.

REVIEW: Fahrenheit 9/11!!

Harry Knowles, the large man and ring leader over at aintitcool.com has seen Moore's monster and digs it and has actually written a decent review. Go figure. Then go see this movie.

MOORE Won't Rename FAHRENHEIT 9/11

Ray Bradbury, author of Fahrenheit 451, is demanding that Michael Moore rename his upcoming movie, which is currently titled Fahrenheit 9/11. Bradbury claims that Moore did not get his permission to spoof the title of his 1953 novel. Apparently, nobody told Bradbury that you don't need permission to parody something. I smell the Bush administration.
