Yeah. It looks a little nutty (like an Oliver Stone film should). Get ready for an anachronistic jamboree - the American, English accents (and a Russian sounding one from Jolie, not to mention an Irish one from Farrell). Hey, the visuals do look nice, though.

TRAILERS: ROBOTS! and MADAGASCAR! Updated!!

It's unfair to compare other CGI flicks to Pixar's (Finding Nemo, Incredibles) movies. Having said that, the other studios (Fox and Dreamworks) are getting better. Enter Robots (Fox) and Madagascar (Dreamworks).

The high-wire comedy "I Heart Huckabees" captures liberal-left despair with astonishingly good humor: it's "Fahrenheit 9/11" for the screwball set. Chockablock with strange bedfellows — Dustin Hoffman and Lily Tomlin play a hot-and-heavy married couple, Jason Schwartzman gets his groove on with Isabelle Huppert — the film is a snort-out-loud-funny master class of controlled chaos. From the land of undead film, comes John Carpenters classic, Assult on Precinct 13. Ethan Hawke, Laurence Fishburne and Mario Bello have re-enacted the old film for french director Jean-François Richet (the film's in postproduction). Dig the script.
