Shark Tale ($30m) won its second in a row, thankfully beating out that piece of shit looking, Taxi.  Friday Night Lights did well, earning $20m and coming in second.  Dig the numbers.

CHRISTOPHER REEVE, 1952-2004

Christopher Reeve, best known as the big screen Man of Steel, died Sunday after complications due to cardiac arrest, according to the Associated Press.  Reeve went into cardiac arrest and fell into a coma on Friday, his publicist said.  He was 52.

FREDDY VS JASON VS ASH!!!

As we reported in August, New Line is developing a sequel to "Freddy VS Jason" that might co-star everyone's favorite cult anti-hero, Ash from the "Evil Dead" movies.  Now Creature Corner has an official interview with Jeff Katz, an executive at New Line, all about "Freddy VS Jason 2."
