Ebert totally hated u-571, but I still have a perverse interest in seeing it. I'm expecting something cheesy, but is it good cheese?

I haven't seen it yet, but a friend of mine who is ex-military did see it, and it was enough to entertain him. I'm sure the plot was overdramatized (like most hollywood works) but as long as it provides good entertainment, I'm all for that.
