 Oscar statuettes stolen from loading dock

It appears the Academy has run into even more bad luck. According to this Yahoo News article, boxes containing 40 statuettes were stolen from a loading dock while en route to Los Angeles. The Academy says they'll still have enough statuettes to go around, but I can't help but wonder if they're all smacking their heads and groaning about their bad luck this year (last month, the postal service lost 4,000 Academy ballots, which had to be remailed).
