X-Men: Beauty and the Prosthetic add-ons

When it comes to making effect-heavy films, you have to applaud the stars for enduring hours-long of prosthetic fun. For Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, who endured full-body makeup to play the villainous mutant Mystique, it was especially a pain. "I was blue for 25 days total, sat through seven-eight hours of makeup [each day]," Romijn-Stamos said. "It was obscene, excruciating.

They'd cover me in prosthetics, and then they would brush me, which was horrible because I was inhaling paint fumes." And as for James Marsden who will play Cyclops, seeing through the famous ruby red visor decreased his peripheral vision, and he quotes "I had to have people lead me around like a blind man. And the ruby red crystal was hard to see through." Such endurance, but then again, they're getting a few million for it. Typical movie star income... I wouldn't mind being the makeup artist who gets to brush Rebecca's sultry body though. *grin*

Sorry...
But the Xmen movie looks Cack!
Being an Xman fan from early Marvel, I have to honestly say (even tho Jean Luc Picard is in there) I will watch it, but I cringe in anticipation.
And where the heck is Colossus?
