The first theatrical trailer for Lord of the Rings is now available in RealVideo from New Line Cinema. Update: looks like you have to add the channel to your RP8. The link for that is here

In the middle of the page is "The Lord of the Rings" logo surrounded by a blue box
with the words real player underneath. Click on this and if you have realplayer 8 it will play the latest teaser. I saw it in the theatres and its the same one.
