Moore would like to make you aware of your rights to Conscientious Objector (CO), so that due to a draft, you can hide from your american duties like himself. This is how he feels you as the United States can help the soldiers. (per: http://www.fahrenheit911.com/soldiers/)

Moore would like you to abandon your fellow americans that are out there fighting for his right to bitch (his celebrated First Amendment) are the same soldiers that he aims to defile with his editing techniques and timeline corrections.
