Topic: Film 12 year old girls bounce with glee

Leonardo Dicaprio has his own online film festival, entitled Getting gay with kids, uh, I mean Leofest. The festival is for online short films. We are an international online short film festival sponsored and produced by Leonardo DiCaprio's Birken Studios. We accept entries of 15 minutes or less in one of the following categories; Narrative, Documentary, Animation and Alternative, in 2 specified age groups: Youth-17 & under/Adult-18 & over, in 1 of the following formats; VHS, SVHS, DV, 3/4", PAL, BetaSP, DIGIBETA and QuickTime.  Check out the site here.

Last time I checked, PAL wasn't a medium like VHS and SVHS. Does that mean NTSC encoded videos are unacceptable?

If he said it must be in morse code format with a dos partition (I know that was not supposed to make sense) then we would still have several thousand twelve year old valley girls all brightly singing some annoying Celien Dion song off of the soundtrack of some annoying movie while ever so joyously creating such a format.. "my heart will go on and on..." please don't make the song go on and on...
