 Stuff: volume 2

Yes I told you it would be weekly.. Well This week was crazy for us here we had some major traffic to my review on Quake3Arena Demo (which kicks ass by the way) and I mean major traffic: 71,799 since 4:07am yesterday and still climbing (we may actually survive the /. effect. In the event that we get it.). Also our new "Extra Cool Link" is ScreenShotz.Net. they are cool pay them a visit, and also go to Badass Mofo because they're way cool and they give us a lot of hits. And one last lame fun thing: an AOL error message .. well.. uh.. Thanks to Killbot our comment search now works..(it didn't before :oP)

I would like to mention that there was surprisingly little load imposed on the server (as far as cpu/mem/disk), but there was a pretty cool load spike on my ISP's bandwidth meter :) The only time we really got latency problems was when someone else consumed gobs of bandwidth for a period of five minutes. I guess we pushed out about 4 gigs, which kinda made up for them tripping over the cable the other night and making me run down there because I thought the server blew up.
