Topic: Finance Fahrenheit 9/11 Makes Box Office History!

Michael Moore's controversial film Fahrenheit 9/11 has confounded sceptics by becoming the best-performing documentary of all time taking in $21.8 million at the box office last weekend. The Palme d'Or winning film is distributed in America by Lions Gate Entertainment, who picked up distribution after Evil Disney dumped it.


Blam! Here are the top ten films for the weekend, according to studio estimates compiled by Exhibitor Relations:

1. Fahrenheit 9/11,     $21.8 million
2. White Chicks,     $19.6 million
3. Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story,     $18.5 million
4. The Terminal,     $13.9 million
5. The Notebook,     $13 million
6. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban,     $11.4 million
7. Shrek 2,     $10.5 million
8. Garfield,     $7 million
9. Two Brothers,     $6.2 million
10. The Stepford Wives,     $5.2 million

It doesn't matter what this movie does soon Spider-Man 2 will destroy it and break every single box office record known to man!
