Topic: Film Jackie Chan Talks Rush Hour 3
By Jack on July 11, 2001 12:23 PM

(EMPIRE) Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker have both signed up to do Rush Hour 3. The news was revealed today by Jackie Chan himself, who's currently in London with Tucker doing press for the pair's second outing, Rush Hour 2.

Chan will begin filming the third in the comic series once he has completed two movies in Britain and Ireland. The first, Sidewinder, will be shot exclusively in Ireland - 'I think we chose it because of the castles and the green,' said Jackie. Next up will be the sequel to Shanghai Noon - Shanghai Knight - which will be filmed in China, Hong Kong, America and London.

'Probably after Shanghai Knight we make Rush Hour 3,' revealed Jackie. 'We just make the deal today.' Asked where the action would take place, Jackie said 'He [Chris Tucker] said South Africa, but I prefer Egypt - somewhere we're both fish out of water.'

Um, it's Rush Hour.. suspense was never a factor.

With the possible exception of when he "touched a black man's radio". :)

ok everyone, i love rush hour as much as the next person, hell probably a little more! i have the first rush hour memorized from start to finish,..but maybe making 3 of them is going a little overboard?..i mean i dont want to say this but what happends if rush hour 2 bombs and isnt good?..are they still gunna want to make a third one? what do you guys think?..yes most of you are probably thinking 'what the hell am i talkin bout! there can never be to many rush hours!' but look what theyve done with jarassic park..the seccond one wasnt the greatest movie i seen!..it was ok but oh well,..i will still see both rush hours if they come out, i am looking forward to rush hour 2 actually even though i have no idea what the story line is, but chris tucker and jackie chan make a great comedical act!!! they should make other movies besides rush hour,..
"20 million in twenty, twenty million in 40 and ten million in ten..you want any fries wit dat?"  *i think thats how it goes..*

Brother:

Maybe in your neck of the woods "Sucked Ass' could be thought of as being "GOOD", but here on the rest of the planet it's not.

The suspense is not overrated.  Jackie Chan's films are perfect and the best.
