 A.I. Teaser Trailer Released

(EMPIRE) After the ambiguous teaser trailer to AI hit the Net, Kubrick and Spielberg fans alike were left absolutely desperate for more. Well, for everyone who felt understandably flummoxed by the cryptic first look, those nice folks at Dreamworks have pulled out the stops and released a full trailer that gives away just as little.
A close up of Haley Joel Osment’s baby-blues punctuated by random nouns marks the second peek at this year’s Spielberg opus. The only hint of information comes in the form of an accompanying voiceover from William Hurt outlining the impetus behind the robot child's creation. Cursed with the same sickeningly winsome music as its predecessor, the trailer reinforces initial worries that AI will contain sentimentality of truly spectacular proportions – ‘his love is real’. Oh please!

Is this movie basically "E.T. - The Sequel"?
I was 15 when ET came out, and to this day I have still not seen that movie. I dont think I have plans to see this one either, if its what Im thinking.

yeah, that Private Ryan movie was a bunch of drippy slop, Oh, and that Shindler's List movie! Bambi showed more hutspah!

I consider the trailer intriguing. Not everything is in your face and blasting away. Hope they load another trailer soon.
