Topic: TV AFFLECK To Star As TV's SUPERMAN

Ben Affleck will star as TV's first Superman, George Reeves, in the film Truth, Justice, and the American Way (Reeves played Superman on TV in the 1950's). The film's story centers on his mysterious death and the effort to solve the crime.  Adrien Brody and Diane Lane will also star.

You miss the point. These characters are always refreshed for another generation. They do die ... but it's us who keeps bringing them back, because we see something in them that lievs in us. Superman in the greastest of all these characters. His extended lifespand and many succesful revitalizations are testemant to that.

You're all missing the fucking point, this is about a biopic they're making about George Reeves who played the original Superman on TV. It's not about Superman Returns or Batman or any other comic book movie.
