Set in what probably is the worst economic scenario in New York history, this movie tells the story of how a group of renegade film makers try to survive and strive in order to emerge again. Inspired by the French New Wave, this guys used the somewhat deserted New York City landscape as their medium of some fancy and classical films that would later turn out to be their turning point from depression.
