Wallace Cotton have always wanted to become a filmmaker. Unfortunately for him, his finances were not going in his way, so he decided to work with the Los Angeles Police filming crime scenes. Along the way, he and his producer Roger discovered what would possibly be a serial killer who is out stalking and killing beautiful blonde women as they frequent a indie rock scene. figuring this could this a break for them, they began creating a story and movie of their own.
