H. P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Movie Trailer!

Cthulhu is a film based on the short story The Shadow Over Innsmouth written by the father of modern horror H. P. Lovecraft and his now popular shared universe Cthulhu Mythos. A concept which, by itself seems like a fairly interesting project. Now, add the masterful acting abilities of the extremely talented Tori Spelling as your headlining actor, and what do you get?

My first reaction was a worried one, but now I must admit, this trailer leads me to believe that first time feature director Dan Gildark may have actually pulled off decent Cthulhu adaptation.
