No, it is Venom, the trend in the Spider Man Movies will be very slight, skinny, weak actors portraying all the characters:
Tobey = Spidey
Chris Grace = Sandman
Dustin Diamond = Rhino
Nick Cannon = Vulture
Seth Green = Fire Lord
etc.
