Samuel L. Jackson has agreed to produce and star in a live action version of the Japanese manga cartoon, Afrosamurai, created by Takashi Okazaki. The story follows an Afrosamurai roaming the country in search of his father's killer. The film is set to go into production next winter or spring. No word on who will direct.
