Topic: Film FANTASTIC FOUR: 1st Look Footage!
By Wind(up)bird on November 1, 2004 5:56 AM

Fantastic Four: The Thing!Be patient, themoviebox.net's server seems to a bit overwhelmed. There's something about this movie that feels like soft serve, if you know what I mean, but the footage actually looks decent.  What do you think?

Another Update: Regardless of how much they "dig" our site, Fox does not love us.

dTheatre.com has been instructed to remove the Fantastic Four footage and stills from our site because "..at Fox & Marvel [we] want the movie audience to see them only when they are even better - with more effects." Sorry for the inconvenience, folks. Blame Fox.

Check back here for updates and more Fantastic Four news and material.

What the hell is the matter with Fox! Do they think they can stop the power of the internet?!

What are they losing by having a few thousand fans see some pictures, stills and a little teaser for a film which wasn't even looking good at all until this stuff came out.

DT you sell outs! where are your gonads?! What happend to free speech?! I don't understand cold-hearted corporations. Anyway here's a link.

1. Chill. Business is business. Fox understandably wants a controlled hype or/and they have no idea how to use the internet to their advantage.

2. My decision to remove this content from our site has little to do with my/our genitalia but rather our desire to stay on Fox's good side so we can be on the receiving end should they ever wish to officially release this or similar media. Hey, it worked with WB. They even sponsored a contest for us!

3. Fox's decision is not so much an issue of free-speech as it is an issue of copyright and ownership laws.
