THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW Gets Vice-Presidential Endorsement
By Charley on May 11, 2004 2:53 PM
The former Vice President confirms that scientists are right when they say that "The Day After Tomorrow" takes some creative license where actual science is concerned, but he also wants the American people to be shocked into recycling when the movie hits theaters this summer.
Gore told the associated press, "It's an emergency that seems to be unfolding in slow motion, but it actually is occurring very swiftly." He then added, "Not as swiftly as the movie portrays, but swiftly in the context of human history."
Gore's use of the upcoming summer blockbuster as a vehicle to send a political message is not a unique strategy. The unique part about Gore using this piece of pop culture is that he has never even seen the movie. He does hope to get an advanced screening copy, though--perhaps to make sure his pre-established stance on the movie and its implications is correct. Nice work, Al. The American people always appreciate a half-assed effort.

Dunno Gore should have asked to have a cameo as himself warning about the dangers of eco damage that would have been good for a laugh.

Earth was born to raise a species and she knows exactly how to do it. !
My hope is for mother nature to make her call.
And this is why!
Someone mentioned to me, "why it is I dwell so much on the upcoming envisions of half the human population being wiped out by mother nature.
I pondered awhile and asked myself..........why do I express thoughts of mother nature destroying half of mankind with her hurricanes, volcanos, typhoons, earth quakes and other naturalistic catastrophes.?
I thought to myself....."it is wishful thinking" YES I do wish
for mother nature to roar a bit.....only to shake this species up. As when and if moves us with her climate changes and
weather roars..............I see mankind to be better Once she has calmed her storms.
I see a very spoiled society and I also know that the minds of man cannot overcome themselves on their own........
Wars, petty grievances, diseases, famine suffering, too much love for material things, need for political power, religious fights, border controls, hate, prejudices and pathetic slavery of poverty because of a hierarchy oriented control of man.
If our planet roared a bit with her climate destructions.....man would care less about their differences,
their judgments upon another man, their pretty cars, fancy churches, their bank accounts or their wars.....
If Mother nature stripped us a bit, ..then LIFE would not be about pursuing petty, insignificant things like power, money, governments, religion, or border controls.....MANKIND would be just trying to survive and it would bring unity by force
Mankind would need each other, help each other, have mercy upon one another, feed each other, open our borders for refuge, LIFE would not be about things anymore....LIFE would be about survival and in surviving, we would all turn to each other..no matter of our grievances and petty laws.
IF.................
A world catastrophe occurred...like a climate shift, a typhoon,an erupting volcano, a world flood, an earthquake or any other earth roar.....what would happened? People go to help one another And that is the purpose.
I watch footage of catastrophe like big fires, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc. and in the middle of all the crying and emotions involved....I see one thing........
"I see that people are in one another's arms soothing one another for the loss" They are coming together, offering one another food, shelter, comfort, medicine and humanness.
Their "things", their Jobs, their money, their houses, their
petty grievances, their politics, their million dollar churches, their hypocritical bibles and schools NOT MATTER ANYMORE....as they were wiped out and the only thing that matters is HUMAN LIFE and coming to each other for aid.
One could asks this question after the potential storms......
"what happens to mankind now and what future does a human civilization hold for a world that has been demolished by Mother nature. And the answer to this
questions of what happens after the life crushing storms is dependent on one thing
"If mankind can start over while learning from their mistakes" (and that is the goal...to make the mistakes,
only to feel the pain of it all...as it is the pain that allows us not to go there again! We must feel the bitterness of a vile society so that we FEEL the Examples of what NOT TO B E.
How else does a species learn except thru cause and effect)
Can the mistakes make us better? YES.......that is if we remember them, for if we forget our mistakes, we are doomed to repeat them!
But man must suffer from the choices since the beginning of time and mother nature will often intervene so as to wipe out the effects of our destined ill choices..... so that we can begin again fresh with new wisdom and new formed mountains. ( Like planting a new garden....the gardener
must wipe out the old rotten soil in order to plant new seeds)
The lives lost in mother nature's roar?............Death is but a minute and is not the end...but the beginning of a new level.
And those who die during mother nature's roar do not really parish, they just emerge with a higher level of thought and lessons and experiences.................in one orb or another
Today we live in a world of war, hate, famine, political torture, sickness, poverty, affluent selfishness, a world that pursues things as their God....a world of human abuse by man
BUT IF.................tomorrow we all suffered the roars of mother nature.....then all these wars, borders, religions, politics, petty fighting among this species would soon come to a raging halt!!!!!
and man would care less about their petty grievances and things...they would only care about "mere survival"
and survival would depend on all survivors coming together
and that would be pleasing to my eye......to see man in one another's arms and not holding a gun at one another's face.
Trust me..........if my 5 kids came together once because of a power outage, imagine how the world would come together with major traumas.
The next time you are watching the news about a a major
mother nature strike........watch carefully how the people,
the survivors of that earth's roar are helping each other.
Look..........
how the homes, the cities, the schools, the buildings, the cars, the things and many lives were wiped out....and then LOOK
at what the people are doing....they are crying, they are working, they are rebuilding, they are fighting for their survival and the one thing you will observe is that everyone
is comforting each other and the things and the grievances mattered no more!
So if I wish for Nature's furry, Believe me...it is because we need one to shake this species up a bit.......to finally make us all feel something...............We need to feel alive and for the most part.....our instincts for survival have been robbed of us through societies pursuance's of luxury, greed and self absorption.
I would adore the opportunity for us all to be stranded on a giving planet with nothing but faith, natural instincts, will, strength, guts and fortitude and skills of heart filled humanness which will emerge unity without condition of religion, race, politics or skin color. It would not matter if one was rich or poor.....we would all be in the same ship....just trying to survive and in that process of trying to "Just survive" we would all come together and only the strongest will prevail and the strongest are those who would carry the weak upon their backs.
How grand the thought is to see a species of people come together because they have no other choice. Their survival depends on their unity and I relish that thought!!!
So yes........I wish for mother nature to make her wild call so
that mankind can be unified. If I am one who is chosen to die in a call of nature....then it was already planned in the formula prior to my birth. However, I have a feeling I would be one of the survivors because I would know the purpose was to make man come together and I would do everything I could to be sure that purpose was known.
My hope is that mother nature roars real, real loud and wipes out a petty, selfish, war lord society that loves their things, their power, the politics, their hypocritical, abusing
mentalities. And when mankind is brought to their knees,
void of their current materialistic, selfish civilizations, Mother nature and/or something we call God will bestow his mercy on us and give us each other.
What else could be more precious then just loving one another and mankind has forgotten this and my hope is that the forces of mother nature and her roars will remind mankind of this need.
To need and to love one another is the goal... and nothing upon this sphere is more superior then the goal of being unified as One species.
If children are fighting today about petty things......take everything away from them and then tomorrow they wake up and realize they have nothing left to fight over and they
usually end up sitting in their bare thingless rooms with just one another.
A wiseman once said......"man digs his own grave" Taking that thought a little more further , I would like to suggest that Human activity has caused the rise of global temperatures which will enhance mother nature to bring man to his final destiny...........to burn out old soil, so as to plant new seeds for a better mankind.
A formula of evolving that has been planned since the beginning of earth's birth. If we our digging our own graves with our global neglect, then it was part of man's destiny.
Our own hands will stir mother earth and she longed knew this as she put the shovel in our hands...which eventually will lead to global havoc and potentially will make man better in the end.
The long evolving long term goal has always been "Just to be better than yesterday" That is the sole purpose of an evolving species......"Just to be better" And there is no other way for mankind to be better then to have to endure the
taste of their own poisons so that they finally wake up and
do things differently!
This species among Earth is but only a mirror to their planet.
"Mankind is like their wild snakes........they hold venom in which to kill and within the same existence, they hold the antidote for the poison. "
I once felt an internal whisper of the divine utter to my heart
these words.........
"It is not I who not take care of mankind, it is mankind not taking care of each other" But they will in due time as they will have no other choice

Yes I do! And that cold sweat is the ghost
that somehow has empowered me with a higher envision of tomorrow's mankind.

I used to have an imaginary friend too.
Imaginary? Ask yourself...where does the imaginaton come form? your brain?, a simple lobe of nerves and tissue, which is connected to your spinal cord? or maybe hidden somewhere deep in the frontal lobe of your brain? Imagination is a wonderful thing, we think it is our world of pretend.....but actually it is memories of the soul that lay hidden the memories of one's sleeping subconscience.. One who imagines is one who has been there and is just remembering that world or that friend.....it is mankind that tells us that our other world friends are imaginary...but they are ghosts..but then...if you have not yet evolved into that third eye..then you cannot possibly understand...but you will!
