Topic: We are bored HAVE A SMALL PROBLEM WITH OUR ASSHEAD PRESIDENT?
By Wind(up)bird on July 15, 2003 12:40 PM

The progressive and pro-active folks over at MoveOn.org are putting the pressure on the Congress to investigate the Bush Administration's intelligence and claims leading up to the war.The progressive and pro-active folks over at MoveOn.org are putting the pressure on the Congress to investigate the Bush Administration's intelligence and claims leading up to the war.  If the fact that our president outright lied(nothing new, I know) during this past state of the union address bothers you, please take a moment(a minute or two at the most) to sign this petition.  Doing so will actually do something.  So far, seven members of the House of Representatives have vowed to push forward a request for an independent investigation.

MoveOn needs 1000 more signatures by noon on wednesday EST.  They have already collected over 330,000.  Governments and Presidents have lied their asses off before and soldiers and civilians have died because of those lies.  Again, this is nothing new, but does that mean we should stand by and do what we've always been able to do about it (nothing)?  Two minutes.  Click below.

It's Weapons of Mass Distraction--as in distracting you from noticing you've just been laid off and your retirement funds are worth doo-doo.

Plus 236$ billions at the end of Clinton's, minus 450$ billions in two years of Bush's...

It was worth it, though!

As we all know, Al-Qaeda has dissapeared, Osama Bin Laden is in jail and Saddam is dead, so he won't be able to use the found WMD.
