A few questions…

1) If Neo is a program, how is he able to see without his eyes in the real world? Also, how is he able to feel the presence and destroy machines in the real world? I don’t understand how if the machines created him as a program, they can give him his powers and he can use them outside of the matrix. That’s like saying you have a computer game disc, and you are able to play the game without putting it into your computer.
2) About the ending of the first matrix being the end of the trilogy. I don’t see how this makes sense. Why would Neo be saying this to the machines if peace was just made and if the Architect guaranteed that the humans would be freed from the matrix? Also, in the second Matrix they never said how long it had been since Neo had begun freeing people. Morpheus did say that Neo had freed more minds in the last six months than in the last six years, but how do we know when he started and that he just didn’t free that many minds before these six months?
3) When smith was deleted was everyone else in the matrix that he copied killed as well. I know the Oracle wasn’t and nor was the little girl, or seraph, but these are programs not actual humans. Everyone couldn’t have been killed right? Because how would the machines have been able to start the matrix over again so soon, the machines can’t just create humans that fast. And if the humans (or humans minds rather) that smith did copy over did live, then why didn’t Neo live after Smith was deleted?
4) Do you think it is at all possible that Neo just has supernatural powers, and that the machines didn’t necessarily create him to be a program, but rather they knew which human was the “One” and could duplicate him again and again?
