Peter Jackson to Direct The Lovely BonesAintitcool.com and others are reporting that PETER JACKSON and his queen, cowriter Philippa Boyens have been quoted as stating that Alice Seabold's strong, simple novel, The Lovely Bones, will be their next film after finishing up work on KING KONG.

Alice Seabold's, The Lovely Bones, is a story told from the perspective of a young girl who has been raped and killed in suburban neighborhood outside of Philadelphia.
