"This time around, myself (precurser) and Jake (also known as iST) have become one and put our creative flow and workmanship together to bring everyone a brand new EndEffect that is filled with a lot more content. We have combined our wallpapers and skins together on EndEffect (totaling over 150 wallpapers combined). Along with a ton of old content from my early days of creating skins/wallpapers/graphics."

"Please also be aware that we are still in the process of testing certain aspects of the site, and some sections are not up (eg. skins)."

I have had the special privilege of checking out the new design already, and I must say I was quite impressed. This is nothing new when it comes to Precurser's artistic efforts, He continues to blaze new standards for the on-line design community. 
The new design should be up and running for everyone within one to two hours of this posting.
