Warner Bros Greenlights SHYAMALAN's Lady!

Like him or love him (or feel differently), M. Night Shyamalan's next film "Lady in the Water," has received a greenlight from Warner Bros and is currently in the casting phase. Night has made all his movies over at Disney until now (they passed on this one). The film is a supernatural thriller (surprise!) set in the present day.

Ferrell and Kidman's BEWITCHED Trailer Online!

The trailer is surprisingly solid for a balls-to-the-wall big budget, romantic comedy with all the potential in the world to suck. Hopefully, for Ferrell's sake, it's funny. With Ferrell in it, it's got a fighting chance. The twist on the remake idea ain't half bad as far as weak Hollywood flicks go and the supporting cast has Stephen Colbert AND David Allen Greer (two guys who can do the funny fairly well).

BATMAN BEGINS Updates Site, Footage Shown!

The site is now in slightly clunky flash. The new, final poster is a nice upgrade from the lonely fella in the cave look they were going for at first. Meanwhile, Aintitcool has posted a detailed description of the new footage shown over the weekend at the Wizard World Convention in L.A.

SPIDER-MAN 3: Thomas Hayden Church Is Evil!

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Thomas Hayden Church (Wings TV show, Sideways) has been cast as the villian in Spider-Man 3. No word on what villian yet. Director Sam Raimi and producer Laura Ziskin made the announcement yesterday. Neither commented on the last week's internet rumors about the existence of a 2nd, female villian in the script.
