TRANSFORMERS Might Get Hack Director BAY!
By Wind(up)bird on April 4, 2005 7:05 AM
Sad but true. Though, sure, it could turn out somewhat ok, the thought of talent-challenged director Michael Bay helming the live action Transformers flick for Dreamworks ain't a nice one. He sucks. Aintitcool.com is hearing rumors he's on the shortlist.

I was listening to the commentary track on the Incredibles and it was really apparent how much of a hack Brad Bird thought Michael Bay was. He didn't actually say Michael Bay but it was obvious he was talking about him.

Robts in disguise! More than meets the eyes! I like eating pies! With French Fries, or should I say Freedom Fries? What's the deal with that anyway?

A live action Transformers movie...who would have thought the franchise could get even worse!
Anyone remember the animated movie in the late 1980s? Now THAT was classic!
I dont know about this one though.

Well, if done right, this could be a great flick. They have to choose the right story line. I think the first few episodes from the original animated series would be a great start. Live action on the orgin of the Transformers' war, and then their initial visit to Earth, but set at a present day time.
