When you run into problems on the PSN, specially when trying to load funds to your wallet, then it boils down to one thing: it's not your fault. The PSN, with so many users and gamers trying to gain entry and playing, can get so clogged with too much user entries that it becomes virtually impossible to log in properly. This is more specially true when there are new items on the PSN, or new games and game updates. Because gamers are all too eager to grab a piece of the action, they all want to log in, thus flooding the PSN with too much traffic.
