Janet Jackson is beautiful. That's nice for her. The superbowl is watched by well over a hundred million people, most of whom are men. So that matches up nicely. But the problem here is the timing. The superbowl always FLIRTS with men's desires (usually mostly in the commercials), but this time they came right out and addressed the desire baldly--and it was a problem. SUBTLETY is a lost art! It seems that currently no one realizes the impact that subtlety can have. And having this stunt air at a time when no one was expecting it was just unfair to those people who still make some effort to monitor their families' TV viewing. OK, it wasn't the end of the world, but it was certainly unethical and inappropriate.
