I feel your point is valid, however, everyone knows that the Super Bowl targets men.
So are the humerous beer commercials and medications for erection problems considered quality family tv?  
This happened so quick. At first I thought she had that material on that looks like skin, because the picture was blurred and it went by so fast. It will only be an issue to children if parents make it one.  That could've easily been dismissed with, it's just a part of the act.
I just feel it went right along with the theme of commercials.  Beer, suggestions of sex, and nudity.
In the end, it just happened so quick most people missed it.  Good thing we have the media to keep bringing things up.
