The FBI has formally charged a 24 yr old man with helping to distribute "24" online via LiveDigital.com. The assholes aren't charging the man with uploading the show, just "facilitating their distribution once they were already put there." Bastards. The lawsuit, clearly designed to scare others at the expense of one. Something interesting about this case was this statement, "..individuals like Jorge Romero who post episodes of television shows, particularly before they are even broadcast for the first time, will face harsh civil and criminal sanctions."
