Yes, I admit it, I use IE. :( But It just seems to display many pages better than netscape. I don't want to get into a browser debate here, Netscape has it's good points as well.

no, it's supposed to be Netscape 6.0. It makes sense that they aren't doing 5 because 1) they're up to 4.72 already, 5 wouldn't come off as a significant "jump." and 2) for they layman, if they see that IE 5 has been out for at least a year, and Netscape 5 is just coming out, then it wouldn't be impressive. Netscape's gotta one up Internet Explorer

Netscape is buggy as hell. It's also slow, and it lacks features. I use IE on my linux box with vnc on our video workstation all the time. I use netscape for all the familiar sites I love, but netscape for linux especially sucks ass. I have played with mozilla a lot, and when it doesn't crash (which is about 30 seconds after I start it), it's pretty nice. I haven't grabbed the m14 release though.

i don't know man. Reason I like Netscape a lot is the interface. I hate IE's interface(yes, i know they're similar, but they're not really). I especially like Netscape's mail program. It's simple and quick, and you don't have to wade through a pile of shit to get to what you want. Yeah i know netscape's even buggier in linux, but i'd still probably use it(haven't booted to linux in a while)
