Emma and Will were best friends while growing up together in their hometown. After some time, they were separated. To Will, he never lost feelings for Emma, and has been waiting for years to be with her again. To Emma, it was a different thing. She comes back to be with her ailing father, as well as leaving behind her failing career as an actress. When they met again, Will wants to stay with her forever.
Unfortunately, Emma sees things in a different prespective.
