Long distance runner Bob Foote came up with an idea of organizing a relay race. This race pits teams composing of twelve runners as they take turns running the 197 miles long distance route from Mount Hood to the Oregon Coastline. This film focuses on four entirely different teams as they try to win the competition: The Dead Jocks, Thunder n' Laikaning, Heart n' Sole and Team R. Bowe.
