Driver has just been released out of prison. Ten years ago, his brother died during a failed bank robbery that eventually led to his imprisonment. This time, part of his to-do list is to avenge his brother's dead. However, things won't be easy. With a veteran cop just days from retirement on this trail, along with a new sinister opponent out for no good, he must do things faster than what he originally thought, before the hunter ends up being the hunted.
