Shane Cooper decided to transfer to a small town to find more peace. He brought along his wife, and was looking forward to raise a family in the town of Red Hill. Little did he know that later on this town would be a scene of fear. Meanwhile, a group of criminals have just broken off prison, and has come back to town to seek revenge. Even the town's law enforcement leader Old Bill is gonna have a hard time containing the situation. Soon enough, the once peaceful town is submerged in chaos and nightmare as deadly confrontations are making its way deep.
