Wang runs a noodle shop near the Great Wall. He mistreats his employees, even his own wife. Later on he finds out that his wife was having an affair with one of his cooks named Li. He learns this from Zhang, a crooked cop. Zhang was offered a secret job, to get rid of both his wife and Li. Zhang goes to fulfull the task, and returned with evidence of the killing. The story goes to a sudden twist when Zhang himself shoots Wang and intends to get off with all the baron's money.
