Karl wants to be part of the family business operated by his father Bill. However, their business is unlike any in town, it's a crime syndicate. Running the business has some hassles, specially if there a lot of people outside the family who are part of it. They realized this when father and son landed in Jail. A few days after their release, they are determined to know who sold them to the police, and to get rid of him immediately. Members of the gang includes nightclub manager Garvey, Uncle Eric, Councilor Berman, and enforcer Pringle.

They soon finds out who the culprit is, while at the same time Karl has got to deal with a minor problem of becoming a future father himself to his pregnant girlfriend.
