This is the sequel to the first movie, and takes place right from where it originally ended. A team made up of heavily armed SWAT personnel and a government official was sent to the scene of the quarantined apartment in order to contain the situation. As they begin their search for the terrifying virus that has transformed its occupants into mindless and ravaging beasts, they are about to discover something deeper, something that is not of bounds and unexplanable by medical science.
