Fugitive records and internment records are public records and can be accesses by anyone unless sealed by the court.
Fugitive records are in fact criminal records as they relate to people searched by the law. There may be state or federal fugitive records according to the jurisdiction under which the person is wanted. Internment records are public records relating to internment camps and they typically address Japanese and American soldiers died in World War II as well as alien internment case files.

Those interested in finding fugitive records can check county, state and federal police departments. There are usually searchable registers that you will be able o access and search with the name of the person. Fugitive records also can be found via the Internet through specialized public record databases. Many people prefer to look for fugitive records online as they can check records nationwide very fast and in complete privacy.
Internment records are stored in The National Archive. There are several registers archiving internment records. Some of the records are not restricted and anyone can access them, but there are also records that are restricted and special requests should be made by those interested in viewing them.
