Minor records information.
Minor threat records or minor criminal records are records containing information about law offenses committed by individuals who are under the legal age. Minor records are usually sealed for anybody but a few government agencies and none can access them.
Even thought minor records cannot be viewed by anyone, if you have such record it is better to try cleaning it. Many people believe that once they reach legal age (18 or 21) their minor records will automatically be destroyed. However this is not true and if you want your records cleaned, you need to make steps to clean it.
How to expunge major minor records?
Major minor records can be either cleaned or expunged. When you are cleaning the record will simply be sealed and remain so forever. However some government agencies will still have the right to look into it. For example if you apply for a job in a government office, you can expect that they will check your minor record. If you apply for a job in the military, your minor record will be under the spotlight again.
The only way to permanently get rid of major minor records is to get the expunged. This means that your records will be physically destroyed and no one will be able to check them. Both cleaning and expunging records can be done by applying for minor criminal record expungement at your local probation office.
