Magistrate court records, unless sealed by the court are public - they can be accessed and viewed by anyone interested in doing so. People usually search for magistrate criminal records when they want to learn more about someone's past or when they want to make sure a person doesn't have any criminal history.
If you need to search PA magistrate court records, you can do so by using the Pennsylvania Unified Judicial System. You will need to know the name of the person, the docket number, the citation number or the date the record was filed to start your search.
