Tribunal records information.
Atribunal record is a court docket from a tribunal court case. Tribunal records are somehow harder to obtain than regular court docket.
Tribunal records usually contain the names of the people or companies involved in the court proceeding, the number allocated to the proceeding, the date when the case took place, the final decision of the court. What is very important to know about these records is that, although you may be able to access them, you may not be able to publish or disclose the information obtained from the records. To make sure what your rights regarding certain tribunal record are, you need to consult a member of the tribunal staff.
How to search for tribunal records.
If you want to obtain a tribunal record, you will need to submit your request in writing. The request form is easy to complete - you will need to write your name, address and phone number, the number of the case and the name of the parties involved in the proceeding, put the date and sign the form. There is also a fee that must be paid (you can pay by a credit card, cheque or money order).
Another way to find tribunal records is by searching online. Some public record databases can provide access to such records. The search is much faster and you will be able to search only with the name of the person involved in the magistrate court proceeding. An online search is much cheaper as you will not need to pay for each record you want to view.
