Delinquent tax records and delinquent property tax records.
There are many types of delinquent records - delinquent tax records, delinquent property tax records, medical records and so on. The common thing between them all is that they all contain information about delayed issues.
Delinquent tax records and delinquent property tax records can cause a lot of troubles. A property tax record becomes delinquent on 1st January after the year when taxes are due. The real problem with delinquent property tax records is that there are huge interest on the unpaid taxes and penalties. The good news is that delinquent property tax records can be paid even if the current year taxes are due.
Information about delinquent medical records.
A delinquent medical record is a record not done in time by a medical professional. Although most hospitals have strict rules in place to prevent this happening, delinquent medical record remain huge problem.
Medical professionals need to have all documents ready within 15 days of discharge. Those who miss that deadline risk suffering serious penalties such as restrictions on scheduling new cases. If the records are not done 21 days after the discharge, their license can be suspended for delinquent medical records. The problems may not even end here - in some hospitals if a physician has had more than a certain amount of delinquent medical records over the year, they need to appear in from hospital's executive board and even lose their job.
