Why you may need to search for infringement records?
Racket records and infringement recordsare a great tool to find out more about a person or a business. Looking for these public records however may be quite frustrating if you do not know where to start your search.
First of all you must make sure you know what racket and infringement records are. Infringement records are connected to patents, trademarks or copyright. A person having an infringement record has been using or selling someone else's copyrighted, patented or trademarked work or material without legal permission to do so. Racket records are usually criminal public records referring to illegal business or criminal behavior part of a larger organized crime.

Since both racket records and infringement records are in essence criminal records, one way to obtain them is from police departments or courts. The procedure of requesting public records may differ at each office however usually you will need to fill in a request form and pay a fee for each record you want to get.
Another way to obtain racket records or infringement records is by searching in an online public records database. Usually this can be done only with the name of the person who you want to check. Typically you will not be asked to pay anything for the records you view. Some websites however do have a small registration fee that will grant you an unlimited access to public records.
