How to get free arrest warrant information?
Arrest warrant information is a helpful tool to discover more about someone's past. Since not every arrest warrant results into conviction, running only a criminal background search would not show you the full picture.
An arrest warrant typically holds the following information:
- Name of the county and the state where it is issued
- The type of the law offence the defendant has committed and the date of the offence
- The name of the person who will be arrested, along with all known alias names
- The race, sex, height, weight, hair and eye color of the person
- Bail amount
- Name and signature of the magistrate who ordered the arrest
Free arrest warrant information can be obtained by looking for it online.
How to obtain free arrest warrant information?
As mentioned above, free arrest warrant information can be accessed online. Anyone interested in finding such information can either search the court database or use a public records database managed by a third party. Using the court public records database might be a good idea only if you are 100% sure this person has no arrest warrants issued by another court and if you know exactly which court has issued the warrants you are searching for. While having information about the court that has issued the warrant is quite possible, being absolutely sire that a person has no other warrants is not. This is a reason why it is strongly recommended to search in a large and reputable public records database as these databases are connected to all court databases.
