Two American girls were on a tour in Germany when their car breaks down in the middle of the woods. Getting lose and needing help, they found shelter in the villa nearby which is inhabited by a mad scientist. Later they realized they become captives and included as subjects in a gruesome experiment.
The mad scientist intends to fulfill his lifetime fantasy, to turn these girls along with his other captives into what he called the human centipede, the first of its kind in the world, by connecting one person to the other, all done in a merciless and horrific way.
