This is a heart warming story of how nine Mexian kids against all odds made a big difference by becoming the first group outside America to win the Little League World Series. It was 1957, and Mexico was in a state of poverty. At first it was just a fun child's game that brought nine kids together from the slums to play sandlot baseball. They found a coach in Cesar, who incidentally was an aspiring Major League coach if not for the discrimination he was suffering. Believing he can make a difference with the kids. Cesar began training them. Their first Little League victory was a spark, and they soon realized a long time dream was about to unfold.

With support from a priest and their fate with each other, it was a truly incredible and memorable journey and experience.
