Arrest warrant records
Warrant arrest records can be found in public record databases. Any arrest warrant record is archived and can be accessed freely by the interested parties.
Arrest warrant records will give information about the warrants imposed to someone - past or present. In the United States law system three types of warrants are used - arrest, search and bench. The arrest warrant gives permission to the police to arrest a person, the search warrant - orders search of their possessions including property, and the bench warrant orders a person to be brought before a court. Arrest warrant records typically contain all of the above information.
When arrest warrants records may be missing from a file?
Even in the occasion that the court have ordered specific arrest warrant records information to be unavailable publicly for some time, at some point those records will be unsealed and accessible freely. In rare occasions arrest warrants records may be sealed and destroyed, again under specific official court order.
