Time Warner and AOL to Merge

Well as we all know merging is getting dangerously popular with large companies and it looks like AOL is doing it again: In what may be regarded as the most stunning act of media convergence yet, Time Warner and America Online are expected to announce that they are merging.?The WSJ, again citing unnamed sources, observed that even though AOL has a market capitalization of about $164 billion compared to Time Warner's $33 billion, the deal's terms probably won't value AOL so highly.??Read the story on Wired or the press release...
